Job Description for Software Trainee:
- BTech / BE Freshers from IT , ECE or CSE background with a cut off percentage of 65%. We are ok with candidates passed out between 2019 – 2021.
- Training period will be for 1 yr where in a stipend of 15 – 20K will be paid depending on the candidate’s performance in the interview. On successful completion of training period he/she will get confirmed to the rolls of the company and will get benefits like PF, Gratuity, Insurance etc
- The initial screening will be basis an online aptitude test & technical. Qualified candidates will further go through 2 rounds of interviews. They will be asked questions basis what they studied in degree (could be on Java, SQL or any technology they are ok with).
We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and aspiring to be software developers (Note we re not only looking for testers but candidates interested in software development profiles).
